There's an adorable new rescued sea otter pup at Sea World in San Diego. Found in Monterey, this pup will now be cared for at Sea World since due to medical problems she was deemed unreleasable. It'll probably be a while before she joins the main exhibit but hopefully I'll be able to catch a glimpse of her in the care center behind the main otter exhibit when I visit Sea World next week.

I'm not 100% sure what this otter is up to but the original uploader of the video claims that this is otter is marking his territory.  

So cute! I'm now looking for the original video.

I have wanted to visit Vancouver for so many years and I still haven't had the time to go. After seeing these playful otters at Stanley Park I want to go even more.

I can't believe that I've been so busy that I haven't visited Ollie the otter at the Aquarium of the Pacific yet. Have you?

Here's some nice footage of a sea otter chomping down on an octopus. Otters can eat 25 to 30 percent of their body so this big octopus should hold him over for a while.
