SY Dration from Russia sent me one of the most amazing otter pictures I've ever seen! This otter mom looks like she's proudly showing off her new baby.

oh, i'm glad this one made its way here, this is my absolute favorite otter pic...and such a rare shot, too! usually, tha momz are very protective and never let the pups out of the den!

it's funny, I went to my cuteness links on my blog and opened them all at once in separate tabs like I usually do and saw this on cute overload first. I'm glad it actually came from here and was credited.

Thanks for letting me know it was on CuteOverload. Every animal website wishes they had CuteOverload's numbers. Right now I'm small potatoes. I gotta thank Angela D for letting Meg at COverload about this picture. Now if someone would only Digg this site and add it to Wikipedia... 
I first saw this photo on flickr, so if you're going to go all out to increase your traffic, you may have to credit it too?

Was it posted by the photographer? I'd love to give credit directly to the photographer since I only have the originating website as a source. I want to make sure that every person who contributes a picture to this site gets proper credit and even a link back to their websites.

This is such a lovely photo! And I'm glad I saw it on CO, and got directed here. I love your site. I've pretty much loved otters, especially river otters, since I saw Ring Of Bright Water as a kid.

This is the only time you will see an otter with tiny hind feet. I love Mama's eyes. Should an otter wall calendar be created, this is the May page.
